More unrelated potpourri from Daytimer... R U Ready?

My mind never stops and a lot of times I can not get to sleep or even wake up in the middle of the night because of SO much running through it.

1) Does anyone else ever have that problem?

2) I use to write erotic stories and was told by women who read them that they were very good because of my imagination and vivid descriptions. However, I had to quit writing them because I was getting to worked up and sex was never as good as my stories. Being a hopeless romantic is a curse. lol How about you, does writing erotic stories or even posts make you horny?

3) Sexual emotional swings -

a ) I knew a woman who got pregnant and could not stop thinking about sex. She could not get enough and practically ripped her husbands clothes off when he would walk through the door after work during that pregnancy. But then, when she got pregnant again she did not want anything to do with sex. Really a crazy sex swing.... have you ever been like that or know someone like that?

b) In addition, I know someone who had a hysterectomy and afterwards never wanted oral again. Is that normal? (By afterwards I am not talking about right after the surgery, I am talking about permanently)

4) Have you ever had a surgery or something else that caused you to not want sex or a sexual act for anytime afterwards?

I am normally a little overactive anyways as I do a lot of working out and still try to get in as much sporting activities as my falling a part body will allow. I don't smoke and I drink in moderation and not all that often so I am hoping that I can sneak around that heart attack thing. Unfortunately for me, quiet places can be the worse due to having a bad case of ringing in the ears. When it is quiet the ringing seems extra loud. I can do a pretty good job of tuning it out when other noises are in the room. From your profile pic it looks like you have been able to keep it together. Keep it up!

 I have absolutely zero trouble shutting my mind off when the pillow calls. I do not think it ever was an issue.

My intellectual bent is not towards writing erotica although I have some that I do not believe I have posted here except perhaps one to Symposium. I am more apt to do research and share Fun Facts and trivia. My reading habits follow this as well- I write in my books and make notes and quite often go look things up after the book is finished. I have some authors I re-read!1

I have had so much surgery and chemotherapy I cannot honestly tell you when my " I need it" zone came back on and then went off and back on.
Right now it's possibly on an "Hmmm yep" if the right man came along

 Really learned a lot about you pocogato. Sorry you have had to go through so much but glad you are able to move on past it. I think I may have hit on a subject I should have avoided so not to bring back painful memories, but that darn brain of mine is always churning. I rarely take any kind of drugs for sleep or anything else. I will when feeling ran down and needing sleep badly take nyquil. I just hate waking up the next morning all droughy(?). Thanks for sharing!
