 "repeating history"?

yes, as a philadelphian, although i wasnt alive then,
im ashamed of our great citys roll in widely spreading the 1918 flu
by not postponing the september 1918 liberty loans parade.

and yet now, the flag-waving "freedom-fighter" anti-maskers
are risking repeating that tragic history and
further destruction and death. why?

because predator trump is PLAYING them and their patriotism
for NO OTHER REASON
than to "look" like the great american leader
and get their votes.

what a pathetic way to abuse the memories of those who served
(including my grandfather and uncle)
and those who gave their lives for freedom.
but the RIGHT freedoms -
to be a contributing part of a free society,
NOT to defy laws protecting the common good.

trump better get behind mail-in balloting since he and his
science-denying brainwashed followers
are going to put shitloads more people in hospitals over the summer.

IF were lucky and its not morgues.
"well only get through this if we work together. if we dont, none of us will"
